Welcome to our blog and our trip ! We wanted to create this blog as a place where you can follow with us these adventure, as if you were there too, and also as a souvenir book for ourselves.
Before we could get to our first plane started a few months of intense preparation, from visa checking to underwear folding !
Then, to get to the end of a world, it starts with a very long plane trip. Ours was no less than 40 hours, counting about 21 hours of planes, and 19 hours wandering in various international airport terminals.
We started off on February 20th in Paris CDG, to take a plane to Shanghai (‘the longest), then another plane from Shanghai to Manila, a national flight from Manila to Cebu, and a final small flight from Cebu to Siargao Island (hard to follow, I know).
But enough for now, we will tell you about our first stop, Siargao Island, in the next article !
